The joys of sharing.

Sharing a flat can sometimes be a real hassle, but it's still a good solution if you're not afraid of living together. You'll pay less rent, and it's easier to convince landlords by pooling your resources to pay the deposit.

The best thing is to do it with serious friends, but take the time to think about it and don't leave on a whim, because sharing a flat could turn into a nightmare. And if you don't have anyone in Paris to share with, there are plenty of platforms where you can easily find serious roommates. Our favorites are Appartager, La carte des colocs and Room4Talk.

Visale: the guarantee that facilitates access to housing

The Visale guarantee is a free deposit. It covers the payment of rent and damage to the principal residence, in the event of default by the tenant.

Thanks to this free, reliable guarantee, tenants can find accommodation more easily and quickly, while reassuring their future landlord!

The Visale guarantee covers rent and damage to the tenant's main residence up to a maximum rent (including charges) of €1,500 in Ile-de-France and €1,300 in the rest of France. It offers a simpler, more reliable alternative to a physical guarantor, and reassures landlords thanks to a secure, free guarantee.

How do I get a Visale guarantee?

The request is made by the tenant online at www.visale.fr (preferably before you start looking for accommodation). The visa is then available within 2 working days on the tenant's personal space.

Once the visa has been certified, it's up to the future owner to create an account on www.visale.fr. He or she enters the name and visa number and electronically signs the bond contract. The lease can then be signed with complete peace of mind!
