As part of the Sales department, you will support the company's projects by developing our network of Training Partners by prospecting companies in the Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle and creative industries in general.
You promote our offers in a way that creates value for our customers, with a good understanding of their processes, needs and expectations. A skilled negotiator, you are pugnacious and persevering, while developing the listening skills and empathy that our partners appreciate.
Ensuring that our students, training courses and business needs are well matched, you will deploy the strategic vision using the latest digital tools. In this capacity, you will contribute to the development of our trainees' skills and soft skills.
HR & Learning Development Manager
As part of the Pedagogical Department, you will support the company's projects through innovative training engineering adapted to the fashion and luxury goods market, to meet the needs of initial and vocational training. In this capacity, you play an active role in decision-making, in the Learning strategy, and in the choice of teaching tools and content to develop the skills of our trainees and students.
