VAE: VALIDATION OF ACQUIRED EXPERIENCE,
WHAT IS IT?
Validation of acquired experience, or VAE, enables you to obtain all or part of a diploma, professional title or certificate of qualification, based on your professional experience or skills.
VAE: FOR WHOM?
Anyone - salaried, full-time or part-time, non-salaried, job-seeker, volunteer... - can apply for VAE. It doesn't matter what your age, nationality, level of training or status. The only requirement is proof of one year's experience directly related to the diploma, professional title or certificate in question.
WHY DO A VAE?
VAE is first and foremost a source of personal satisfaction.
It gives you :
- Acquire a diploma, professional title or certificate of qualification based on your professional experience and skills.
- Recognition from the players in your professional environment and those around you.
VAE also enables you to develop your career, change direction, specialize or improve your employability.
STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL VAE
The VAE process is planned over time and takes place in several stages...
Only RNCP-registered certifications are accessible to VAE, and therefore eligible for funding.
You can apply for VAE for our Bachelor's degree in Fashion Luxury and Digital Marketing, preparing for the level II diploma «e-business project manager» with the Fashion and Luxury major.
The level II certification «e.business project manager», NSF code 320m, is registered with the RNCP.
ISAL's Fashion & Luxury Marketing certification and major is therefore accessible through Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience (VAE).
If you are an employee, there are several options:
- As part of your company's training plan and with your agreement,
- Within the framework of the Personal Training Account or CPF,
- As part of VAE leave - equal to 24 hours, consecutive or otherwise,
- On your own initiative and outside working hours,
Apply directly to your company's OPACIF to find out about the possibility of financial support for your VAE expenses.
