Which fashion profession is right for me?

This is surely the question on every young person's mind, whether at college or university. Each of us feels more or less certain which field attracts us, but is afraid of making a commitment we might regret for the rest of our lives.

The various schools try to help students as best they can. But guidance counsellors sometimes seem out of touch with reality, and have a vision of the world of work that is beginning to look dated.

It's a complement to give you an idea of the fashion profession that would best suit your passions.

In order to find your career path, you need to experience all kinds of things, try out different things and ask yourself what you like to do, based on your passions. For example, if you're manual, creative and like to travel, you'll find that you're more interested in becoming a stylist. And this reasoning can be applied to all the professions that make up the fashion industry.

So we need to ask ourselves what we like to do in our free time, and find the career that will enable us to turn our passion into a professional project.
