What training do you need to enter this profession?

To become a human resources manager, it is recommended to have a BAC +5 (Master's or MBA), leading to a level 7 RNCP qualification. 

You can train at a business school specializing in human resources, at a political science school or at a private school specializing in a particular field, such as fashion or luxury goods.
