Terms and conditions of use
Article 1 - Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to as the "GTCU", are entered into between :
- ISAL Sarl, a private higher education company, domiciled at 122 rue Marcadet, Paris (75018), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 750 032 369, hereinafter referred to as ISAL,
- And between any natural person or legal entity, individual or professional, private or public, wishing to obtain information on one or more training courses and services provided by ISAL, hereinafter referred to as the Internet User.
Article 2 - Purpose
The purpose of the GCU is to define the terms of use of the website by the Internet user. No transactions or orders are made on the https://isal-paris.com website, whose purpose is to publicize the school and its programs so that interested parties can contact and meet the ISAL PARIS teams.
These GCU, supplemented where appropriate by special conditions on brochures and leaflets and / or annexes offered by ISAL, are applicable to any request for information by the Internet user about the company ISAL and its services and to the exclusion of all other conditions and in particular those of the Internet user.
Article 3 - Information
The information governed by these GCU is that which appears on the website.
The information is described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual.
ISAL reserves the right to cancel offers in the event of insufficient numbers. The Internet users concerned and the ISAL teams will be informed before the start of the training course.
Article 4 - Rates
Where prices are quoted, they are inclusive of VAT and do not include any ancillary costs, accommodation, meals or computer equipment, hardware or software, which are the responsibility of the trainee.
Registration with ISAL is subject to full payment of the course fees. ISAL expressly reserves the right to freely dispose of the places selected by the Internet user, as long as the registration fees have not been covered in accordance with the conditions set out below.
Article 5 - Making contact
Once contact has been established and accepted by ISAL, the Internet user must fill in his/her details and accept the GTC. This last step formalizes the information contract and compliance with privacy regulations between ISAL and the Internet user.
ISAL will acknowledge receipt of requests by form or by sending an e-mail. The Internet user is invited to contact ISAL PARIS at their office address.
Article 6 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GCU are governed by French law. In the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the website and these GTU. This jurisdiction clause shall not apply in the event of a dispute with a non-professional Internet user, for whom the legal rules of material and geographical jurisdiction shall apply.
The present clause is stipulated in the interest of ISAL, which reserves the right to waive it if it sees fit.
Article 11 - Acceptance by the Internet user
These GCU are expressly approved and accepted by the Internet user, who declares and acknowledges that the website is exclusively intended for the information of Internet users, and has full knowledge thereof, and thereby waives the right to rely on any contradictory document.
