Retail excellence at the service of the customer experience
The Bachelor's degree in Luxury, Fashion & Merchandising trains professionals in Paris to combine fashion culture, a flair for retail staging, and a strategic vision of the customer experience.
Gain professional expertise at the heart of fashion and luxury. This sector of the French economy accounts for 30% of the national stock market index and generates 600,000 direct jobs. The industry has a vast network of stores, corners, and showrooms where each collection is presented through carefully designed and controlled visual merchandising. Theatrical staging of spaces, product scenography, events, and the integration of digital technology into the customer journey: fashion retail combines creativity and customer experience. This Bachelor's degree provides a deep understanding of these issues, from product culture to visual merchandising and management techniques, including trend analysis—an essential skill in this sector of excellence.
Develop the expected fashion, luxury, and merchandising skills. The program meets the needs of fashion houses: in-depth understanding of products, materials, and collection processes; visual merchandising and staging; sales floor coordination; events and digital marketing; and retail performance management. It covers the entire value chain, from collection planning to merchandising management, graphic design to omnichannel e-merchandising. This dual skill set in fashion and merchandising opens the door to strategic roles in a sector that is constantly changing.
